Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Lead, you will be comfortable diving into a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and effective communications that support successful integrations and foster organisational alignment.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.

Qualifications and experience required:

Degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal or marketing communications, with a focus on corporate affairs, preferably with experience in operational and cultural integration programs Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies for complex initiatives, preferably in a corporate or agency setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences and channels Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal stakeholders Familiarity with employee engagement strategies, change management principles, and best practices related to operational and cultural integration programs
