The Role
In the APS3 Store Person, I would be looking for someone who is intelligent, pro-active, professional and willing to be part of a highly motivated group of Defence and APS personnel. I would expect them to work collaboratively and be able operate independently and in a group environment. Be able to problem solve, use their initiative in a busy work environment and work within policy and regulatory frameworks. 

About our Team
The APS3 Store Person would be integral to the team that include such functions as inventory management and data entry to support logistics inventory. Performing stocktaking activities on Central Issue Point and Warehouse logistics inventory. Identifying Defence logistics policies and apply them to inventory management activities across the Warehouse facility. Maintenance of effective working relationships within the team environment and actively participating in team work and group activities.

Our Ideal Candidate
 Within the Logistics Management function an APS3 Store Person is accountable under routine direction to perform and achieve straightforward inventory management work within an integrated workforce. They are accountable to have a basic understanding of and compliance with relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements.
