What this opportunity involves:

As the Workplace Ambassador, strengthening the sense of community within the JLL office through facilitating togetherness and positively linking people and solutions in a fun, approachable and responsive way is a key focus.

Play your part in supporting our team to deliver services which provide leading edge facilities and workplace services which are aligned to JLL’s “The Future of Work” methodology.

You will be a vital member of the team, connecting stakeholders together and supporting engagement as well as improving our facilities management and delivering client-centric service excellence.

An Overview of the role:

  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
  • Implement improvement initiatives for the front office to enhance visitor experience
  • General reception duties
  • Assist in managing all contractors on-site to ensure adherence to required standards
  • Greet office visitors and engage the host
  • Procurement and vendor support
  • Monitor consumable stock levels and purchase when required
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety protocol
  • Escort clients and contractors
  • Participate in risk management, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • Experienced in property management, hospitality, hotel management or high-end corporate concierge
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver services to a high degree of quality
  • Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions
  • Highly confident communicator and strong and professional interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with vendors to deliver efficient services
  • Passion to foster a team culture which aligns with JLL behaviour and values
  • Problem solving skills, capable of dealing with ambiguity and complex problem solving
  • Capable of presenting a professional and friendly corporate image to clients
