We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technician to join our dynamic team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, some office work, with occasional travel to various mine sites for hands-on support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electronic repairs, system installations, and providing technical (Hardware & System) support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic repairs and maintenance on mining equipment.

• Install and configure systems at mine sites as required.

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for clients.

• Assist in the testing and commissioning of new equipment.

• Provide Application assistance and Training.

• Ensure all installations and repairs meet company standards and safety regulations.

• Document and report all service activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.

• Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and technical processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of electronic repair and maintenance.

• Proficient in system installation and configuration.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel to various mine sites as needed.

• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Spanish language proficiency is a bonus but not required.
