About the opportunity: Join an established practice and small diverse friendly team Here at Bupa Dental Townsville you will be supported to grow and work among a great team, if you are proactive to learn and love all things Dentistry than this is the Casual opportunity for you. We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm. For this role you will be guaranteed 4 days per week. No late nights or weekends To learn more about our beautiful Dental Practice visit:  The heart of the role: Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists Provide instrument sterilisation Maintain infection control standards and procedures Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Making patients aware of dental services and offers Handling payments Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner What you'll bring: Ideally 6 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist preferred.
