THE OPPORTUNITY 

Join the Swing City Team

Are you passionate about food, beverages, and providing outstanding customer service? Swing City, Australia’s newest and most exciting Golf & Entertainment destination, is looking for enthusiastic casual chefs to join us for the summer period

Working closely with and supporting the Head Chef, the casual chef will:

  • Support the Sous and Head Chef with daily operational duties
  • Ensure freshness of all food products, quality cooking techniques and delivery of menu items within a timely manner
  • Working collaboratively with our talented team across the busy summer period
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Minimising food waste through utilising effective cooking techniques

YOUR BACKGROUND

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Prior experience in similar role
  • A high standard of personal presentation and standard of hygiene
  • Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and access to own transport essential
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
