What you’ll be working on

Our team of Storepersons are committed to seamlessly handling the customer products and processing the customer orders with accuracy in a timely manner to ensure that all products will be handed over to the FedEx transport services and delivered on time so that we can deliver on our service promises. Managing our customers inventory and processing our customer’s orders takes a large team of warehousing staff (storepeople) and support teams.

  • Load and Unload trucks/containers and process inventory into warehouse (receiving & putaway)
  • Complete system transactions for outbound / inbound orders in warehouse management system
  • Picking, packing, dispatching, and processing orders for our customers
  • Assist in generating operations reports
  • Sort consignments to the correct delivery area and prepare for handover to the transport services (wrapping and labelling)
  • Assist in customer inquiries and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Support with stock discrepancies or damaged stock
  • Work together as a team to ensure efficient turnaround times

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Warehouse experience desirable
  • Valid Australian Forklift licence is essential
  • Experience with RF scanning and warehouse management system desirable
  • Experience in picking and putaway of products is highly desirable
  • Forklift license is highly desirable
  • Previous shipping experience desirable
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
