Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our Energy division is seeking an E&I Team Lead. This role will be based in Darwin on a Monday to Friday basis.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management of all aspects of the site based Electrical and Instrumentation team, including Supervisors, Coordinators and Trades.
  • Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements
  • Provide expert advice, support, technical and functional information as required. 
  • Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
  • Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
  • Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP

What you will bring

  • Electrical and Instrumentation trade or engineering qualification
  • Significant leadership experience of site based personnel
  • Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment.
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
  • Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
  • A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements
  • Desirable but not essential: P6 planning tool experience
