About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E&I Superintendent to join our team in Darwin. This is a Monday to Friday role that will involve leadership and management of the site based Electrical and Instrumentation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Electrical and Instrumentation team, including Supervisors, Coordinators, and Trades.
  • Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements.
  • Provide expert advice, support, technical, and functional information as required.
  • Develop and coordinate work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.
  • Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.
Requirements
  • Electrical and Instrumentation trade or engineering qualification.
  • Significant leadership experience of site based personnel.
  • Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment.
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system.
  • Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
  • A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements.
  • Desirable but not essential: P6 planning tool experience.
