As our new Lead Signalling Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of the team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable.

Your role will include:

  • Actively contribute to the development of Aurecon’s Rail expertise through your passion for eminence in your field

  • Provide supervision of a team of like-minded signalling professionals to develop their potential and deliver work to client’s satisfaction.

  • Prepare and review signalling designs, from concept through to detailed design.

  • Collaborate and Integrate the signalling design with other rail and civil disciplines.

  • Engaging and advising with clients, working collaboratively across Aurecon teams and desire to pursue new ways of working, delivering complex projects

  • Preparation of investigations, including data gathering and report writing to support scope preparation, costing, design, and commissioning outputs

What are we looking for from you?

You’ll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future.

As well as experience in a similar Signalling role. Specifically –

  • Relevant qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline with RPEQ or ability to obtain RPEQ

  • Experience with signalling design on medium to large rail projects

  • A self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a collaborative and delivery focused environment
