Quick overview of the role 
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the General Managers of Neumann Steel and Nupod. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. The Executive Assistant will manage the executive’s schedule, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication between the executive office and other stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Handle all correspondence, screen phone calls, and prioritise emails.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, setting up technology for video conferences, and taking detailed minutes.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
  • Ensure effective transmission of information and instructions as directed by the executive.
  • Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Prepare materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, and meetings. monitoring timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all corporate and personal information.
  • Carry out other duties as required.


What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

  • A minimum of 5 years demonstrated Executive Assistant experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual meeting technologies (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
