As an assistant, you will be the driving force behind coordinating efforts, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration among team members. Your ability to communicate effectively, prioritise tasks, and problem-solve will be essential in ensuring everyone is working towards common goals and shared success.

What you'll do:

  • Safeguard sensitive information across all communication channels, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality
  • Manage complex schedules, optimize time across different time zones, and maximize resource use
  • Arrange comprehensive business travel plans, manage visa applications, and handle expense reimbursements efficiently
  • Ensure precision and professionalism in drafting, editing, and reviewing confidential correspondence
  • Compile and analyse statistical data, creating engaging reports and presentations that inform and persuade
  • Coordinate daily office operations, manage supplies, and serve as the primary liaison for maintenance and IT support
  • Seamlessly organize and coordinate logistics for meetings and events, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
  • Drive project success through meticulous planning, tracking, and coordination across teams
  • Provide essential support to team members, handling a variety of tasks to boost daily productivity

The experience and expertise you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of solid and continuous experience as a professional Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with composure and professionalism
  • Reliable, resilient under pressure, and adept at managing stakeholder relationships at all organisational levels
