The Data & Analytics Team is part of the Governance, Advisory and Analytics team within Group Operational Risk. Their key function is to manage and maintain the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system used by the Bank in capturing Operational Risk and Compliance matters.
You bring to this role prior experience working in a level 1 system support role, giving you the know how to trouble shoot, triage an issue and manage the support function. Your toolkit includes strong written and verbal communication skills along with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
With analytics, business intelligence and reporting experience you are skilled in Microsoft Office suite, Jira and Confluence. You also have strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, a positive team attitude and willingness to help wherever possible.
Experience working in a risk environment and an understanding of GRC systems is advantageous but not essential because your positive mindset and ability to learn quickly will ensure your success in the role.
As a Systems & Reporting Analyst you’ll get to:
Provide level 1 system support to users of the GRC system (CURA) including assistance with system navigation, functionality and basic troubleshooting. Assist in the production, analysis, and quality assurance of cyclical and ad hoc internal and external reporting and data extraction activities from, and to, the GRC system Work closely with other members of the Data and Analytics team and Operational Risk and Compliance specialists to ensure the GRC system, its data and accesses are fit for purpose. Liaise between the Data and Analytics team and the banks technology teams or GRC supplier on issues, enhancements and development activities.This is a full-time, maximum term contract available for 12 months. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week based out of any of our Corporate Office locations across the country.
