Our Green Leaves Ashgrove service has a well-established sense of belonging and connection to our families and our local community. Our newly appointed Educational Leader will work alongside our team to continue to build these connections by incorporating local schools, businesses, and parklands into our program.

Day to day, you will:

  • Have a vision and a plan for educational excellence
  • Plan, implement and evaluate programs through your exceptional understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Use a collaborative approach with educators to provide curriculum direction and guidance
  • Understand the importance of building a community
  • Empower educators and cultivate stronger leadership skills
  • Create collaborative, inclusive learning environments.

You will hold:

  • Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
