We have an exciting opportunity for a Meeting Service Delivery Operations Manager to join us. Our client service group is responsible for managing and building our Issuer Service client relationships through the provision of innovative products and services.

A role you will love

The Meeting Service Delivery Operations Manager reports to the Regional Meeting Manager. This leadership role will work collaboratively with the Issuer Services Registry/Front Office teams and other business units in order to meet the client’s Meeting and/or Mailing requirements. They will assume full responsibility for the successful delivery of the teams end to end projects in accordance with processes, time frames, regulatory requirement, and guidelines.

  • Leading a team
  • Collaborate internally and externally to ensure successful daily operations
  • Contribute to successful business growth, service improvements and more
  • Coverage across teams

What will you bring to the role? 

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, able to balance conflicting priorities and excellent leadership qualities.

Other key skills required for the role include: 

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and strong time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and has problem solving skills
  • Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products – specifically MS Excel
  • Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic
  • Proven leadership experience
