ABOUT THE ROLE


We have an exciting opportunity for a
Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic team player who will support the operation of the business by providing effective and professional administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer.


THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU:

  • Support to the COO to maintain an organised electronic filing system;
  • Scheduling meetings when required, book meeting rooms and circulate invitations via zoom and teams;
  • Coordinate and raise orders for store consumables;
  • Maintain the Store Operations Activity Calendar;
  • Compile regular and adhoc reports and presentations;
  • Extract data and produce reports to support the implementation of operational strategies, sales targets and budgets.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE:

  • Competency and quality in administration functions;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Accuracy in communication and presentation of reports;
  • Achieving consumable expenses within allocated budget;
  • In stock of store consumables.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Min 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant;
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills with the ability to become familiar with company specific programs and software;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong organisational project management and problem solving skills with the ability to multi task;
  • A sense of urgency with the ability to manage workload to achieve deadlines;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
