As a Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform Pre-Sales Architect at Avanade, you will lead presales engagements, providing expert services to solution large complex deals that span multiple technologies and offerings. You are also seen as a technology leader within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform community and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events.Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE Architecting large complex solutions using the Microsoft Stack Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse Experience in Field Services and / or Project Services Automation. Good understanding of Azure Integration, Modern Workplace, Data Platforms, Azure Cognitive Services, RPA and Integration with Dynamics 365 CE Excellent understanding of Configuration and Customisation efforts for Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and Web API DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE for requirements management and ALM (CI/CD) Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models  Desirable Certifications MB-210: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate MB-230: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Microsoft CatalystYou are familiar with the core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform offerings and an understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, AI, Modern Workplace You have at least 5 years pre-sales experience especially with right-fit solutioning based on high level or ambiguous requirements and a good understanding of pricing strategies You are experienced with proposal writing, product demonstrations and presentations You have client management skills and the ability to work with clients and internal teams to develop and manage an action plan You have experience across multiple industries e.g. Health and Public Sector, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Logistics, Communications and Media, Insurance, Professional Services and Banking You have experience working with global/offshore teams for estimation and solutioning You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skillsLead pre-sales engagements, meeting tight timelines for innovative and business-outcome focused solutions. Leverage technical expertise to architect and design D365 CE and Power Platform solutions. Liaise effectively between clients, sales staff and internal teams to estimate and cost high quality client solutions Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure holistic end-to-end solutions are design across the Microsoft ecosystemAssess client with requirements prioritization, scope refinement and recommend appropriate solutions Guide customers through discovery to develop innovative technical proposals Identify key risks, dependencies and assumptions as part of solution design Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, bid management and leadership to craft compelling proposals and statements of workDeliver compelling presentations and tailored product demonstrations to bring the solution to life Lead the sales to delivery handover for the solution to ensure successful delivery mobilization Foster strong partnerships with Microsoft and other alliance partners during sales motions Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process Travel as needed.
