Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day issues associated with the supply of reinforcement to the project and ensuring contractual client requirements deliverables are met.
  • Proactively manage project issues, risks and opportunities in consultation with the client and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide a customer focussed service to support all aspects of the business which demonstrates that customer satisfaction is paramount.
  • Ensure project objectives are delivered within agreed time, scope and budget constraints as per contractual obligations.
  • Manage contract administration requirements
  • Manage the claim/schedule process in line with the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payments act 1999 NSW and ensure debtor ageing is kept within company KPI’s
  • Manage a team of Project Managers & Project Administrators.
  • Ensure that the customer project needs and expectations are being met.
  • Setting clear communication, processes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for projects.
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with contracts, quality requirements, and minimising risk.
  • Coordinating resource allocation, production planning, logistics coordination, and efficient debt
  • Ensure that pricing agreed with customers are accurately articulated with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all OH&S requirements are met.

To Be Successful

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Building or Construction Management will be highly regarded.
  • Previous onsite building experience.
  • Previous contract management experience.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
