  • We specialise in formulating, manufacturing, and supplying professional hair care products for use in salons throughout Australia and New Zealand.

POSITION 

  • Hands-on Process Engineer  
  • Appraise, measure, and analyse current processes 
  • Prepare process specifications, scale-up and commissioning 
  • Production Quality Control 
  • Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed modifications  
  • Identify problems, proactively create, and implement solutions  
  • Ensure effective use of resources 
  • Optimise process parameters for safety, productivity, efficiency, and implementation of safety improvements 
  • Develop SOPs 
  • Provide operational support including preventive maintenance procedures 
  • Preparation of commercial batch manufacturing procedures in collaboration with Chemical Engineer 
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigate process safety hazards 
  • Ensure training is maintained and provide training to new staff as required 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES 

  • Tertiary Degree in Process Engineering 
  • Minimum 5 year’s hands-on experience 
  • Innate understanding of processes and engineering 
  • Excellent technical skills including design experience 
  • Prioritizing and managing activities 
  • Strong listening skills  
  • Comfortable working in teams and independently
