About The Role:

As Team Leader - Enquiries & Admissions, you'll be responsible for the effective delivery of enquiries and admissions activities through BKI's contact centre whilst also leading a team of Officer's supporting students through initial enquiry to application and enrolment completion. Further, you'll be tasked with:

  • Managing the daily operations of the Enquiries and Admissions Team in line with the agreed service levels, including course enquiries, application and enrolment processes and other student administration
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for matters relating to enquiries and admissions, troubleshooting issues and providing reliable advice to enable staff
  • Support a team environment with open communication and productive working relationships to build a culture which fosters engagement and motivation, deals openly with issues, supports change initiatives and contributes to a positive workplace

A passion for leading and developing high performing teams you'll bring prior experience in leadership, ideally within the education sector. You'll also possess:

  • Experience managing customer service workflows
  • An understanding of and experience applying regulatory requirements for student admissions in an educational environment
  • An understanding of Student Management Systems in application to lead management and admissions

Things we will require from you:

  • Relevant compliance documents including Working with Children Clearance (WWCC), current police check, certified right to work documentation
