Job Description

  • Chef de Partie is trade qualified and engaged to perform general or specialised cooking, butchering, baking or pastry cooking duties
  • Controls general and specialised duties including supervision and training of other kitchen employees
  • operates a section of kitchen and ensure that food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes / standards.

Qualifications

•Formal training from a culinary school or equivalent program.

•Experience with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen costs effectively.

• Experience working closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
