The Role

Working alongside R&D Managers and Directors, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and execute critical R&D tax projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on R&D tax claims and strategy to clients across a variety of industries.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Prepare R&D project plans, assess eligible claims, and manage R&D expenditure using cost accounting principles.
  • Compliance & Lodgement: Oversee compliance issues, ensuring timely lodgement and accuracy in tax submissions.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to advise on R&D tax matters and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting the growth of the practice.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: At least 1-4 years of experience in R&D tax, either in a consulting or advisory capacity.
  • Education: A degree in Science, Commerce, Technology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to advise clients on complex R&D tax matters.
  • Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients.
