About the opportunity

You’ll join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical, working for our Xplor Recreation Team in Australia, to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting into the Implementation Team Lead, you'll primarily be responsible for guiding our clients through successful implementations of our Xplor Recreation Solution. You will collect business processes, consult on configuration of the software based on customer requirements and provide training to customers.

Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:

Oversee the implementation of a CRM solution for our Australian customers, from initial engagement scoping to final installation. Serve as a trusted advisor for both new and existing customers, guiding them through the full implementation and adoption of the Xplor Rec application. Manage project schedules and onboarding timelines to ensure timely launches. Establish and maintain transparent, trusting relationships and communication with key internal and external stakeholders. Deliver and present the application throughout the implementation process. Configure the application to align with customers' business processes as identified during the discovery phase. Collaborate closely with the implementation team to ensure configurations meet requirements. Provide technical guidance to help customers use the system effectively, both onsite and remotely. Conduct ongoing customer training throughout the onboarding process and maintain comprehensive training documentation.

In this position you can work fully remote in Australia, provided you have eligible working rights for Australia.


Qualifications


What would make me a good candidate?

Proficient in software systems such as ERP, CRM, and Member Management. Experience in the Health & Fitness or Leisure industries would be beneficial. Even if you've worked as a swimming instructor, yoga guru or a rockstar receptionist, we encourage you to apply  2 years of relevant experience, particularly in implementation or onboarding projects Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Stakeholder management skills and experience Ability to work as part of a team but also the ability to manage and drive the process Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same You’re a true team player who knows that we all have to sometimes roll up our sleeves You align with our four core values and you’re simply a good human
