Your Role

As a Maintenance/Handyperson you'll be looking after the facility and grounds for the most important people in our organisation - our clients.

Your tasks will include:

Assist with general maintenance of the property, general care and securing of all equipment before leaving the Facility each day.Manage garbage disposal by ensuring that refuse bins are always properly loaded, positioned for pick up and cleaned after pick up.Maintain maintenance schedules outlined in the duties list and ensure all scheduled checks are carried out.Perform driving duties of Ozcare vehicles (as required).Undertake courier and delivery duties (as required).liaising with the gardening team -

Role Requirements

A Certificate III or equivalent experience in a related area and/or A trade Qualification in the building industry, e.g. Carpentry/building (desirable)Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19Current Police Screening CertificateCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificatesDemonstrated experience in stock managementDemonstrated knowledge and skills in basic administrationGood computer and mobile device skills
