You will lead a team and manage the direction of finance business partnering support to the departments within the Business Services Group.  You will coach, mentor and develop individuals to achieve their goals, as well as team goals and deliver on Finance’s strategic priorities.

Your background

  • Strong experience providing financial insights, commercial advice, performance analysis, forecasting and planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders across the Reserve Bank
  • Strong people leadership successfully driving business outcomes, coaching and mentoring skills to develop team capabilities and contribute to Finance / Bank culture
  • A curious and accountable mindset with a desire to reduce process complexity enabling capacity for value add advice
  • Relevant degree qualifications, such as CPA or CA qualified

Your team

Finance Department is responsible for the Reserve Bank’s financial statements and taxation reporting obligations, finance partnering, budget planning and provides a range of support services. This is a highly supportive and collaborative team environment.
