Join Dematic as NSW Field Service Supervisor and lead the charge in revolutionizing the logistics and supply chain industry

You will be working on our Customer sites located all over the Sydney metropolitan area mainly covering Sydney’s West and South West areas as well as visiting regional sites periodically.

What You’ll Do:

Who You Are:

  • You have a proven track record in Field Service or a similar role within the Automation or Logistics sectors.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • A proactive problem solver who embraces challenges and is always looking to improve.

  • Understanding of working to a contract and complexities within it

  • Industrial Mechanical / Fitter or Electrical qualified

  • Hold a current drivers licence

What You Will be Working On

All things maintenance including:

  • Attending conveyor & crane breakdowns

  • Fault finding

  • Contract repair & maintenance

  • Installations & commissioning of cutting edge equipment
