Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will lead and inspire a group of skilled technicians, ensuring they deliver top-notch service while fostering a culture of collaboration and integrity.

You will be responsible for driving innovation by implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Strong relationships with clients are crucial, so you will focus on understanding their needs and providing tailored support.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues swiftly is also an essential part of this role.

Your ability to view daily operations and improve processes will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Field Service or a similar role within the Automation or Logistics sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive problem solver who embraces challenges and is always looking to improve.
  • Understanding of working to a contract and complexities within it.
  • Industrial Mechanical / Fitter or Electrical qualified.
  • Current driver's license.
