About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a Legal Counsel to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment in our Sydney CBD office. This mid level role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, hard working and motivated lawyer of associate level, eager to work across a broad range of areas and gain valuable experience under the mentorship of an excellent leader.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Providing timely and high-quality legal support to the General Counsel – ANZ
- Assisting with public liability insurance matters, including administration of the claims and liaising with external counsel
- Reviewing project management and consultant contracts, property management agreements and providing feedback on terms and conditions
- Assisting with, and taking ownership of, Savills’ ongoing training and compliance requirements
- Assisting with day to day advice and general correspondence as well as debt recovery matters
- Ensuring the Legal Team’s document management system is organised and kept up to date
What Sets You Apart
- Studying or completed a Bachelor of Laws degree from an Australian university
- 4 years PQE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Well organised with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- A team orientated work ethic
