We are an organisation with a heart, which is why we are looking for an empathetic and seasoned Director of Talent and Culture to join our friendly and diverse team.


Job Description

Your duties include but not limited to:

Be a trusted advisor to the GM, and partner to ExCom with the ability to see multiple viewpoints and execute agreed plans with empathy and professionalism Act as an employee advocate and maintain high ethical standards – ensuring consultation, collaboration and coaching are at the core of how we implement initiatives Advise, consult and partner with leadership team regarding workforce planning, succession planning, building leadership capability, performance management and coaching, team building and change management. Promote and implement Accor diversity initiatives, ensuring engagement & promotion Sensitively manage IR and performance issues within the Hotel Lead and mentor a team of passionate T&C professionals
Qualifications

Your skills & experience include:

A creative problem solver with strong commercial aptitude, outstanding leadership and engagement skills Have excellent interpersonal, influencing, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultation skills Demonstrated experience in the field of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Learning & Development in a similar setting Exhibit constructive leadership behaviour and ability to lead by example to create Heartist Culture A passion for Hospitality or Service Culture
