The Role
Provide leadership, mentoring, training, role modelling and effective management of the nursing team. Work collaboratively with the medical centre management team to recognise and assist with the implementation of business objectives that require nursing input. Maintain the efficiency of the treatment room and ensure high quality, safe care is provided by the nursing team. 

The Tasks

  • Coordinate the two-week onboarding training pathway for new starters
  • Assist medical staff in procedures as well as delivering high quality care plans for endometriosis and pelvic pain sufferers
  • Training other nurses and health professionals and providing community education
  • Ensure patient care is provided efficiently and effectively by managing varied clinical procedures as necessary
  • Provide state-wide training sessions where required as part of the Learning & Development calendar, as required, on specific Evoca topics
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives (with individual Evoca nurses or across the state).

The Successful Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years experience direct clinical nursing.
  • Experience in nursing mentorship, education, supervision, and/or management. Primary health care or community/ambulatory care experience desired
  • Project Management experience desired (with collaboration with RM and PM, and clinical lead)
  • Registered Nurse with no conditions on AHPRA
  • Coaching & mentoring skills to support our nurses in their learning
