An exciting opportunity awaits a dynamic and customer-centric individual to be Customer Care and Agent Support at Place Ascot. We are seeking a passionate team member to support front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional service to both external and internal clients. The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to manage workload efficiently, especially during peak periods.
  
While previous real estate experience is not mandatory, a history of reception work with impeccable phone etiquette is essential. The successful candidate will possess a warm, welcoming personality, committed to consistently enhancing the customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all customers and colleagues;
  • Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
  • Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
  • Assisting with the preparation of Form 6, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents. 
  • Participate in organising office functions and events.
  • Maintaining office equipment, stationery, and supplies & stock replenishment 
  • Manage Property Management key cupboard and register
  • Manage Social Media platforms 
  • Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
  • Contribute to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction

Skills & Experience:

  • 6-12 months of previous experience in administration or reception
  • Confident and outgoing nature with a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using Office 365
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
  • Professional presentation
  • Desire to grow, develop, and add value within a team environment
