Your Role

Work in two exclusive restaurants: Long Pavilion and Pebble Beach (hatted) Create outstanding plates of food delivering a unique and special experience for qualia guests Lunch, Dinner, private functions and exclusive events & in room dining with a difference Fine Dining Modern Australian cuisine; a la carte, classics and degustation menus Uphold and breathe qualia's consistently excellent standards of service

About You

Must have successfully completed Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Valid Drivers Licence required Michelin star or hatted experience desirable Fine dining a la carte restaurant or hotel background essential Minimum 4 years of post-apprenticeship experience Demonstrated experience working in a busy kitchen and leading teams Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Positive attitude who thrives working in a team
