Hamilton Island is one of Australia’s most popular island holiday destinations, nestled among the Whitsunday Islands off Queensland, and located at the edge of the world famous Great Barrier Reef. We offer four accommodation options, over 21 bars and restaurants, a yacht club, exciting events and an array of much-loved activities.

With sophisticated, award-winning restaurants, laid-back cafés, weddings, large events and takeaway options, there are various roles to match your skills, experience and career ambitions.

Our Chefs have a huge impact on how much our guests enjoy their holiday, and we believe you should be rewarded accordingly. All roles listed below are full-time, permanent roles with paid overtime at penalty rates (for all work completed over 76 hours per fortnight).

ABOUT YOU – You love what you do and know that as a team we can create culinary magic

Must have successfully completed Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Energetic with a genuine passion for food Valid working rights in Australia (at least 6 months)  A team player with a positive attitude Open Australian driver licence (manual essential for some roles) Relevant experience to the role Proactive approach to keeping up to date with current trends
