As a Cook in our supportive Culinary team, you will have found the perfect operation to start or continue to develop your career. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring chefs to learn and grow alongside some of the best Chefs in Sydney.

Based on your experience and interest you will be placed in one of our casual or signature dining venues that include:

    • Sokyo - Sydney's most popular Japanese restaurant (according to Trip Advisor, Jan 24)
    • Food Quarter - all the food options for our main gaming floor
    • In Room Dining - servicing our 5-star hotels
    • Commissary - behind the scenes, production operation
    • Fuel - Sports bar's busy food outlet
    • Fat Noodle - high volume Asian dining
    • Banquets & Events

What we are looking for:  

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is desired
  • Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operation
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • The right "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques.
  • Flexibility to work and commit on a rotating roster that can include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
