About the Role

As a Senior Customer Offboarding Analyst in our Group Operations team, you will be at the forefront of supervising and supporting the management of AML/CTF and other risks.

Your role will involve providing crucial oversight of the timely and accurate processing of customer exits, working in close collaboration with Investigators, business partners, and Compliance to ensure all customers posing a risk to the Bank are processed for exit efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include supervising the management of AML/CTF and other risks post-investigations, analysing operational and technical support to mitigate risks while ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer exits, and working closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal and Compliance.

About you

Are you a proactive and results-driven individual with a few years’ experience in audit, risk management, compliance, banking, or investigative services. You should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to supervise & support a team alongside a methodical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
