Asbestos Technician

Full-time Asbestos technician position available with a competitive salary. Work in a dynamic team in Balcatta WA 6021.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asbestos technician to join their team in Balcatta WA 6021. This is a great opportunity where hard work will be awarded.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Conduct asbestos surveys and assessments in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Collect and analyze samples to identify the presence of asbestos.
• Safely remove and dispose of asbestos-containing materials following established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment for asbestos removal and disposal.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of all asbestos-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors regarding project status and findings.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

 
Requirements
 

• Relevant qualifications.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a team and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 
Salary Offer: -    $73.500 p.a.+ Super.
