Asbestos Removal Specialist

A leading Class A Asbestos Licence Holder issued by WorkSafe WA, Environmental Consultancy, and a proud Supply Nation Certified company is seeking an experienced Asbestos technician to join their team in Balcatta WA 6021.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $73.500 p.a.+ Super.
Job Description:We are looking for a skilled professional to conduct asbestos surveys and assessments in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Conduct asbestos surveys and assessments in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Collect and analyze samples to identify the presence of asbestos.
- Safely remove and dispose of asbestos-containing materials following established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment for asbestos removal and disposal.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of all asbestos-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors regarding project status and findings.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Relevant qualifications.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a team and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
