As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented SAP Sales Lead to join our team and drive our SAP sales initiatives forward.

Job Description:

  • As the SAP Sales Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading our SAP sales efforts, developing strategies to penetrate the market, and achieving sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.
  • This role will be the key person in sourcing and securing new clients and revenue via the SAP Sell Partner Model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote SAP solutions and services, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP SuccessFactors, and others.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that showcase our SAP offerings effectively.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Lead sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our SAP solutions.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by providing feedback on sales processes, pricing strategies, and product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in SAP sales, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP products, services, and licensing models, with a strong understanding of SAP's competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing a sales team and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP sales or related areas are a plus.
