About the Role:

In this position, you’ll be managing incoming sales inquiries, preparing detailed quotes, and conducting product demonstrations. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions with clients, offering them solutions that make a real impact. You’ll be an essential part of a supportive sales team, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and consistently hitting achievable sales targets. The products are not high-ticket, so you’ll be able to focus on volume and building solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries over the phone.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare and present quotes that meet client needs and showcase our product offerings.
  • Follow-Up: Engage with clients regularly to ensure their questions are answered and to assist in closing sales.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations online via Teams or Zoom, highlighting the benefits of our waste management equipment.
  • CRM Management: Use HubSpot to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in phone sales, ideally within an industrial sector (e.g., manufacturing, construction, equipment sales, etc.).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage clients over the phone and build rapport.
  • Comfortable with Video Presentations: Confident in conducting product demonstrations online using Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot and basic software like Microsoft Teams.
  • Team Player: Ready to contribute to team meetings and collaborate on sales strategies.
