The Opportunity - About the Role

The role provides exposure to a broad array of institutional sectors across Stockland’s diversified portfolio including both core and alternative real estate sectors. And Stockland is embarking on an exciting phase of growth with emerging valuation requirements as Stockland accelerates its development pipeline and expands capital partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Manage the 6 monthly valuation process, including the appointment of external valuers and completion of internal valuations
  • Compile and maintain sales analysis database
  • Perform in-depth valuation analysis relating to development, investment management and capital transaction initiatives
  • Deliver valuation insights on emerging industry developments and implications for Stockland
  • Partner with key internal customers / stakeholders
  • Communicate findings with stakeholders throughout the appraisal process

About You

  • Certified practicing valuer (CPV) accredited with 3+ years’ experience
  • Prior experience with valuing institutional grade assets is a plus
  • Ideally software proficient in Forbury and Estate Master
  • Excellent understanding of property valuation principles, value drivers and methodologies
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
