About Us:

Your Role: 

As a Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal in public areas. You'll lead a dedicated team of tradespeople, ensuring our production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and a positive work environment thrives.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and inspire your team in the effective garden maintenance of public areas, from streets to parks, ensuring every corner shines.
  • Actively monitor the cleanliness and appearance of these spaces, seizing opportunities for enhancements to meet evolving standards.
  • Provide valuable guidance and support to your team, overseeing waste removal, sanitation, and beautification activities.
  • Train and mentor team members, sharing best practices, safety protocols, and efficient operational procedures.

About You

  • You possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities are your strengths in a dynamic environment.
  • Your flexibility shines as you're willing to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
  • You must hold a manual driver's license and be confident navigating Sydney's diverse roads.
