Digital Ad Operations Assistant- 12 Month Contract

As an Assistant, you will be on hand to help out with a range of tasks during the campaign activation process. These tasks can range from creative builds, dynamic feed mapping, report checking, campaign QA, the list goes on.
Even though there are a variety of tasks – a common thread across them all is a need to be detailed and tech-savvy. Therefore the ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for detail, a methodical + technically-led approach to a task, and will be hungry to learn about new platforms and tech.
Joining the Creative Activation team at Adylic is a fantastic opportunity for someone new to the industry who is looking to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of how the various platforms work and connect.
Your Responsibilities:
Support in executing the platform set ups for clients, from creative build through to activation and campaign troubleshooting. Coordinate with multiple internal teams – from creative conception and strategy teams, template and product developers, through to creative analysts and designers Coordinating and managing report checking to ensure there are no discrepancies Support in campaign quality assuranceYour Expertise:
