Rentokil Initial has an exciting opportunity with our Initial Hygiene team based in Brisbane for an organized, efficient and dedicated Service Schedule Administrator working from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be working in a supportive company culture.

In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Maintaining all planning and scheduling of service work over a rotational cycle (weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc) Produce, manage and distribute effective service plans to Service Technicians that are productive Handling all paperwork and administration related to servicing activities Consistently reviewing all new customers, ensuring that their services are captured and planned in a timely manner Daily communication with the Service Technicians and Local Service Managers to provide information, changes, queries or site issues etc. Generation of service reporting, data correction and maintenance of our servicing system Participate in Planning Team meetings

Requirements :

The key skills required for this role include:

Previous experience in a similar role Scheduling or planning experience highly desirable Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal Excellent organisation and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems Outstanding customer service Team player Strong MS Office/database skills.
