Shift times
Morning shift - 5am - 1pm Monday to Friday 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow up and resolve any inventory issues from both the replenishment and customer order 
  • Raise Purchase Orders as required
  • Receipt both stock and samples 
  • Process documentation to organise transport collections/deliveries taking into account Chain of Responsibility 
  • Label  - reprint for customer orders
  • Update shipment files
  • Provide daily update to relevant stakeholders, internal meeting with all departments

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have experience working as a Warehouse Admin in a logistics background 
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Logistics and/or inventory experience
  • Superior attention to detail and customer focus skills
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced/evolving environment
  • Must be reliable and responsible at all times
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
