Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our high calibre team, working with senior members of a Defence project in Western Sydney to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes. Drawing on your learnings from a successful engineering career, you will:

  • provide onsite engineering services and technical support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements
  • demonstrate leadership qualities which allow for mentoring of Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • high level verbal and written communication skills
  • minimum seven years’ experience on infrastructure projects (defence experience would be highly advantageous)
  • excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
  • motivation to achieve value-for-money results
  • previous experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.
