Formal beauty qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Science) Punctuality, organization, and a focus on high standards Superior customer service and a goal-oriented mindset Passion for aesthetics and personal/professional growth Technical skills in skin assessments and treatments Laser Safety Officer Certificate (preferred; guidance available if needed)
