About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support telecommunication projects. This pivotal role ensures the effective and efficient scheduling of construction works, assigning tasks to Construction Partners for seamless execution. Utilizing advanced work-task allocation software, you will issue Work Order Tickets, track progress, and manage feedback on installed quantities from the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule tasks for Construction Partners
  • Conduct detailed reporting and analysis
  • Perform administrative duties

About You

  • Experience in planning/scheduling on major projects or within large organizations
  • Solid knowledge and experience with workforce management systems (Dynamics and/or Service Now preferred)
  • Preferably experienced in the Telecommunications industry
  • Proficient in Excel and Word; basic knowledge of MS Access, Visio, and MS Project is preferred
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff, management, and subcontractors
