This role is the perfect opportunity to showcase your HR skills to create a pathway to further development and opportunities.

This is a true HR 360 and generalist role where you will be working on a number of different projects at any time.

You will play a key role in facilitating HR processes and supporting employees. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and various HR administrative tasks, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits administration, including enrollment and inquiries.
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking employee development.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
