With over 50 venues across 8 brands in Australia, Aotearoa (New Zealand) and North America, our growing team is on the lookout for a passionate, professional and fun Office Manager for our Support Office in Abbotsford, Melbourne. 

Given the nature of this role, this will be a 5 day per week on site role.

What You'll Do 

  • Be the first point of contact and friendly face to greet all visitors to the Support Office (including our Support Office Motherfunners) 
  • Ensure the office is set up and maintained to be a clean, safe, productive, well-stocked and happy environment 
  • Conduct office orientations for new starters 
  • Manage all meeting rooms and spaces; allocation of, accessibility and cleanliness, utilising the Technology team to support with tech related equipment 
  • Be responsible for all TNT shipping from support office 
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance with external contractors and/or our internal Development team 
  • Be the go-to contact and administrator for Funlab’s travel program and associated accounts; Uber, Airbnb etc; administer users, conduct training, provide policies and reports 
  • Manage all office stock; weekly grocery deliveries, coffee beans, pantry items, bathroom supplies, stationary and maintain par levels 
  • Remotely support the ordering of supplies and contractor management of Funlab’s Sydney Support Office 
  • Weekly washing or bath and tea towels 
  • Be responsible for access management of the Support Office via distribution and tracking of fobs 
  • Run Funlab’s monthly ‘All Hands’ meeting, distributing and presenting the agenda to relevant contributors 
  • Maintain cleanliness of the upstairs and downstairs kitchen; holding teams accountable through the kitchen duty roster 

What You've Got 

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role 
  • Outstanding guest service skills, you are a people person 
  • Demonstrated capability to use your initiative and get stuff done 
  • Naturally self-motivated and driven 
  • Confident and capable to ensure accountability for Support Office processes 
  • Superior time management skills 
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks 
  • Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures. 
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders 
  • A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business
