The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0 . This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

The Claims Delay Analyst will support the Project Controls Manager and the Claims Lead in claims identification, forensic analyses, notification, drafting of the claim statements including pursuing it with the Client (Employer) and following it alongside the legal team through various dispute resolution mechanisms like DAAB and Arbitration.
Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other similar field White CardExperience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience working in the large-scale engineering and construction projects preferably hydroelectric schemes or tunnelling projects in a similar role A history of delivering delay analysis commissions including schedule analysis and report writing Working Knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications, Primavera and Microsoft Project Sound knowledge of construction risks, Contract terms and conditions preferably for EPC/Turnkey Civil Engineering Projects Familiarity with the commercial and legal issues impacting the delivery of projects Experience with negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomesRequired Competencies:
Work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes Sound interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a Team Ability to work to deadlines and targets and can prioritise tasks under pressure Flexible and adaptable Good organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail Ability to manage personal stress Sound negotiation skills to achieve desired targetsCore Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
